Ingaba isebenza kanjani?

Ukuguqulwa kwegesi yendalo, ekwaziwa ngokuba yi-steam methane reforming (SMR), yindlela esetyenziswa ngokubanzi kwimveliso yehydrogen. CH4 + H2O (+ ubushushu) → CO + 3H2

I-Water-Gas Shift Reaction (WGS): I-carbon monoxide eveliswe kwi-SMR isabela ngomphunga omninzi ukwenza i-carbon dioxide kunye ne-hydrogen eyongezelelweyo. Oku kusabela kwe-exothermic, ukukhulula ubushushu.
